Synergos is the term where two things affect each other and are better off together. This is true in the context of my physical development and cognitive performance. There are a great many things that connect the two. Things such as exercise can benefit both in different ways such as promoting neuroplasticity. It can also help with neurotransmitter levels that contribute to memory and attention. The relationship of these two aspects of myself is truly better together as they help each other to benefit the overall health of the body.
